Q: When applying customer payments Complete Contact CRM automatically chooses the first invoice on the grid to apply the amount to. But I want to apply the amount to a different invoice. A: CCCRM tries to intelligently figure out which invoice you are applying payment to; but you can just click on that field and enter the applied amounts as you wish for the invoices that you wish. First you have to 0 out the automatically populated row and then enter the amounts as you want applied.

Cancel an Invoice

Go to the Warehousing/Invoice screen.   Although invoices cannot be canceled, the QTY of each batch can be changed to zero so the parts are shown "In Stock". Choose the invoice you are working on and change the QTY at the bottom.   After changing the QTY, click "Save".   On the Administration/Employees screen. You must have permission to "Edit Invoices" checked to perform this action.
