New Feature - On-Time Delivery Rating - Tuesday, November 24, 2009

The new On-Time Delivery Rating feature assists decision making on shipments from vendors and to customers like never before.  By placing your customers due date in Complete Contact CRM you always know exactly how many days before the customer expects them.  This allows for high visibility for all involved in the delivery process and enables highly informed decision making to save the company money on shipping fees and assure that your customers do not get packages late or too early.  The On-Time Delivery Rating information is visible on the Insights Panel, Sales Dashboard, Invoicing screen and others throughout the program. Use the colored coded system, which coordinates with UPS's speed/color designations, for easy recognition. The On-Time Delivery Rating also monitors deliveries from your vendors and to your customers over time so you can track performance.  Take control of your deliveries, save money on your shipping costs and improve your customer ratings to keep you on top of their approved vendor list.

New Feature - Global Alternates - Wednesday, October 28, 2009

The Global Alternates can be accessed from anywhere in the program by clicking on the plus icon on the insights panel or by pressing Ctrl+A. This will bring up the Global Alternate dialog where you can add, edit and remove alternates for any part.

The Graphical View is available by clicking on the Graphical View button on the toolbar or pressing Ctrl+G while you are on any of the programs grids, you can see an illustrated bar, line or pie chart detailing the information on the grids.
